- Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later)
- macOS 14 or later
- About 3 GB of free disk space for the models
- 16 GB of memory recommended; with 8 GB VoxaFlow uses the smaller language model
- Internet once, for the model download; afterwards VoxaFlow works offline
Install in three steps
- Open the DMG and in the installer window drag VoxaFlow onto the Applications folder.
- Start VoxaFlow. The welcome window guides you through setup: allow Microphone and Accessibility, test the dictation key; “Open at login” is on by default.
- Wait for the models to download (a few minutes), then hold fn and speak.
Updates
VoxaFlow checks once a day for a new version and installs it when you agree. The check can be turned off under Settings › About. From version 0.6.3 and older, install the new DMG by hand once.
Beta
Until January 31, 2027 VoxaFlow is free for everyone, with all features of the Pro edition. Beta users then get the launch price.
